Returns and Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or refund by following the conditions below.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery .
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received , unused and with the original packaging intact.
To start the process, contact us via email indicating the order number , the reason for the return and, if necessary, a photo of the product.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 working days .
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect products , in which case we will cover the costs.
Food products
For health and hygiene reasons and in compliance with current regulations, it is not possible to return food products unless they are defective, damaged or non-compliant.
