CARMA: Sicilian artisanal carob and almond cream

CARMA carob cream

The project's first tangible result is CARMA carob cream and almond cream spread, artisanally produced in the Le Chiuse di Guadagna workshop. CARMA embodies the Sicilian landscape, the agricultural labor, and the human relationships that accompany the cultivation and processing of carob in the province of Ragusa.


More than a spreadable cream: CARMA is a cultural product, designed to tell the story of Sicily through taste and offer a gastronomic experience that connects those who taste it with the history and identity of the Hyblaean countryside.
