It is a room with a nice discovery because during the renovation works it was found an ancient "palmento", that is a large tank dug in the stone used for the pressing of the grapes and the conservation of the must. Today, with its stone walls and high wooden ceilings, it is one of the largest rooms of the farmhouse.
