CACIO

The Ragusano caciocavallo is a DOP cheese from our area. It is called in dialect "scaluni" for its parallelepiped shape, with a height and depth of 15 cm and a length of 45 cm that makes it look like the stone step used as a threshold in traditional rural houses. Cacio is a single room with a queen-size bed that enjoys the beauty of the stone walls, if desired it can be connected with the Miele room. N.B.: Cacio and Miele are the ideal combination for the stay of two friends.
